The Shawnee County Health Agency and Heartland Healthy Neighborhoods, in partnership with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, has implemented a county-wide project aimed at helping the citizens of Shawnee County decrease heart disease and stroke by reducing the amount of sodium they consume.
